Ken Benjamin
Victoria Jones
Ken came to Chichester in 1996 to join CBC, first to be the Associate Minister and then, since 2000, the Senior Minister. He is married to Sue, and they have two children, their daughter Zoe and son, Alex. He enjoys time with the family especially in their VW camper as well as playing tennis or playing golf or watching others play sport properly.
Victoria joined the staff of CBC as Childrens Ministry and Pastoral Leader in 2007. Victoria oversees the ministry to 0-10 year olds. She is passionate about teaching children the truths of God’s word. Victoria and her husband Gavin have 4 children and a very loud household! Victoria has taken up running (very slowly and very badly) really so that she can still enjoy fruit and nut chocolate, as often as possible!
Paul Woodfield
Paul became the Church Administrator in April 2009. He loves the job despite the occasional challenge of finding the rightful owner of the latest item of lost property to be left in the office as well as sorting out those church leaders! A longsuffering Hammers fan, an occasional ornithologist, a relaxing evening for him would be with a glass of red wine and a nice curry.
Roger Hubert
Roger joined the staff of CBC in December 2003 as part-time Church Ministry Leader. His heart is to see people “transformed by the renewing of their minds”. He loves racketball and films, and watching The Great British Bake Off with his wife, Helen. They have two children: Claire and Nat.
Hev Cheesman
Hev became our church accountant in October 2013.  She qualified as a chartered accountant in 2002 and has worked with churches and charities for many years.  She is passionate about using her gifts to help them with the many accounting hurdles they face.  Hev and her husband, Jez, have 2 daughters, Summer and Daisy.  She will find any excuse to cook or make something and loves nothing more than baking cakes or making jewellery with Summer (and Daisy when she is a bit older!).
Ellen Wild
Ellen joined the team here at CBC in 2011 as an additional Minister.  She had previously spent 8 years at a church in SW London.  She is married to Kevin and they have two young boys, Zachary and Alexander.  Ellen loves baking, running, theatre, coffee shops and inspiring people to share the good news of God's love.
Who are we?
Our church is a group of people drawn from all over Chichester and the surrounding area.  We come together to try to help people to commit to and become more like Jesus.  The activities of the church are dependent on the huge numbers of volunteers who serve in a wide variety of ways.  Alongside those who volunteer we have a staff team listed here.
Andy Morgan
Andy joined CBC in September 2013 after moving from Southampton to become the Youth Ministry Leader at the church.  He is married to Lindsey, and has three children, Olivia, Lewis and Zachery.  Andy loves spending time with his family, the great outdoors and any kind of sporting challenge.
Martin Jenkins
Martin joined the team in September 2015 to provide free debt counselling to the local community in partnership with the national charity Christians Against Poverty He is married to Gay and they have two sons, Hayden and Miles.  Martin enjoys cycling and walking, both being rewarded with tea and cake at any local cafe.
