What We Believe

Our faith is grounded in the timeless truths of Scripture and the historic Christian faith.

The Bible

We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God and our final authority for faith and practice. Scripture reveals God's truth and guides our understanding of salvation, morality, and Christian living.

The Trinity

We worship one God eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Each person of the Trinity is fully God, co-equal and co-eternal, working in perfect unity for our salvation and the glory of God.

Salvation Through Christ

We believe salvation is a gift of God's grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone. His death on the cross paid the penalty for our sins, and His resurrection offers us new life and the hope of eternal life with God.

Baptism & Communion

We practice believer's baptism by immersion as an outward expression of inward faith. We celebrate the Lord's Supper regularly, remembering Christ's sacrifice and proclaiming His death until He returns.

What should I expect on my first visit?

You can expect a warm welcome from our greeters who will help you find your way around. Our services typically last 90 minutes and include contemporary worship music, biblical preaching, and prayer. Dress code is casual - come as you are! We also provide children's ministry for ages 0-12 during the Sunday morning service.

Do I need to be baptised to attend?

No, absolutely not! Everyone is welcome to attend our services and events, regardless of whether you've been baptised. We believe baptism is an important step of obedience for believers, but it's not a requirement for attending church or being part of our community. We're here to support you wherever you are in your spiritual journey.

What is a Baptist church?

Baptist churches are part of a Christian tradition that emphasizes believer's baptism by immersion, the authority of Scripture, the priesthood of all believers, and local church autonomy. We believe in salvation through faith in Jesus Christ alone and seek to follow biblical teaching in all aspects of church life. How can I become a member?

What Bible translation do you use?

We primarily use the New International Version (NIV) and the English Standard Version (ESV) in our services, but we welcome and respect all major Bible translations. Our focus is on understanding and applying God's Word rather than on a specific translation. Feel free to bring whichever Bible version you're most comfortable reading.

Are children welcome during services?

Yes! We love having children in our church. During Sunday morning worship, we offer age-appropriate children's ministry for ages 0-12 where kids can learn about Jesus through engaging activities, Bible stories, and worship. Parents are also welcome to keep their children with them during the service. We have a family room available for parents with young infants.

What is your stance on baptism?

We practice believer's baptism by full immersion, meaning we baptise individuals who have made a personal decision to follow Jesus Christ. We believe baptism is an outward symbol of an inward spiritual transformation. It represents dying to sin and rising to new life in Christ. We offer baptism classes to help you understand the significance and prepare for this meaningful step.

How is the church funded?

Our church is supported through the voluntary tithes and offerings of our members and attendees. We believe in biblical stewardship and encourage giving as an act of worship and obedience to God. However, there is never any pressure to give, and visitors should never feel obligated to contribute financially. We are transparent about our finances and provide regular updates to our members.
